Trolley track : Wagon Track This is made from 4 mm thick sheet 75 mm cold formed channel on both sides.

Chain Track : Inverted Closed track fabricated from 72 x 71 x 4.5 mm thick MS pipe, cold formed with track brackets at every 3.0 mtrs. Track Brackets are made from 8 mm thick MS sheet. Track is complete with all Horizontal and Vertical bends.

Chain Type : Bipilaner Chain

This is rivet less chain, 4-Wheel trolley bi-planer chain having chain pitch of 100 mm. Load capacity per trolley is 50 kgs. and with load it is 100 kgs.Chain weight is 6.1 kgs/ mtrs.

Wheels: This is 220 x 110 mm fabricated from 4 mm thick sheet cold formed with 8 wheels. Sprocket is fitted on wagons for indexing in booth. Wagon pitch is 800 mm.
